CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH
This program is all about heart health and improving your cardiovascular system. You’ll see increases in your stamina, heart strength, and endurance. The course covers learning how to breathe properly to increase your VO2 MAX. If you find yourself lacking the cardio health to enjoy activities like hiking or running marathons, then this program is right for you. Gym access is recommended but not required to get you into shape for the fitness activities you want to participate in!
WEIGHT LOSS / BODY SCULPT
If your primary focus is on losing weight and getting the sculpted body you’ve always wanted, then the Weight Loss/Body Sculpt program is for you! Decrease your weight while boosting your energy levels. We’ll reboot your metabolism by tweaking your meal intake (without turning it into a diet) and pair it with exciting workouts that are low-impact and maintain your joint health. See visible changes in weeks!
50+ PROGRAM
Age is just a number — don’t forget that! This program is exclusive to members aged 50 and above, and is specifically designed to help prevent injury during exercising and make the most of your workout.
MEN'S PROGRAM
This men’s program is designed specifically to boost your testosterone levels to their highest natural levels possible. You’ll find that your confidence skyrockets with this program as your strength levels go through the roof and you gain the appetite of a horse!
MUSCLE & WEIGHT GAIN
Finally fill out your shirt in all of the right places with Sultan’s Muscle and Weight Gain program. You’ll learn how to increase muscle mass, as well as increase your overall size and strength. You’ll receive live tutorials on the proper forms to use on gym equipment to target your muscles in the most effective way possible. Depending on your starting point and goal, this program last from 4 to 12 months (gym access required.)
ADVANCED TRAINING
This advanced course has a prerequisite of at least three years of gym experience. If you’ve found yourself on a fitness plateau and need help progressing, this advanced program is ideal for you. Increase your strength levels without gaining excess fat! Included exercise programs include bench press techniques, leg presses, shoulder presses, squats, and much more — all at an advanced proficiency level.
COUPLES TRAINING
This special program is specifically for couples, and is very popular for couples preparing for their wedding day or other special events. This exclusive 4 month plan includes a custom meal plan and a mix of in-person and online training when necessary, with next steps to keep you on a healthy path after the program concludes.
