4-MONTH CUSTOM PLAN

Sultan Fitness will create a personalized four month training plan for you and your partner that fits your specific goals. Whether you're looking to tone up, lose weight or just improve your overall fitness level, we can help. And since nutrition is such an important part of any healthy lifestyle, we'll also provide you with a meal plan to follow. This custom plan will be a mix between in-person and online training, when necessary.
